Judy Boyes has lived and worked in the Lake District for many years and has been one of Lakeland's leading and most popular artists. Her subjects, stone buildings, rustic village scenes and tumbling streams are observed with a keen perceptive eye and transcribed with a fresh watercolour style that is both natural and unforced.
A member of the Society of Women Artists she has exhibited at the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour and at the Mall Galleries in London.
Framed using conservation mountboard and anti- reflective glass.
