Whatever the season, something truly great will occasionally emerge from Moorcroft and Light of the World is one such piece. The star of Bethlehem told of the arrival of a tiny baby destined to lead the World. The designer’s bed of holly cradles the base of the vase and out of that holly, grow pure white snowdrops with their given name, ‘Three Ships’. It is Christmas, with the Moorcroft designer’s snowdrops carrying Spring with them as they reach up into a dark blue sky.
